PPM998 Delivers Container Yard Expansion Phase 2 to MPJ Logistics Plc., Supporting Laem Chabang Logistics Growth
PPM 998 Construction Co., Ltd. (PPM998) successfully delivered the Container Yard Expansion Project – Phase 2, covering a total area of over 19 rai, to MPJ Logistics Public Company Limited at Laem Chabang, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. This project represents a key milestone in the development of Thailand’s logistics infrastructure.
The container yard expansion project was initiated with the vision of supporting the future growth of the logistics industry. The design and construction emphasized practical and efficient use, focusing on structural strength, safety, and the capacity to accommodate a continuously increasing volume of containers. Strategically located in Chonburi Province near Laem Chabang Port, Thailand’s most important logistics and transportation hub, the project offers exceptional connectivity and operational advantages.
PPM998 completed the construction within a total duration of 183 days, fully meeting the planned schedule and project objectives. This achievement reflects PPM998’s strong capabilities in construction project management, demonstrating speed, precision, and efficiency while maintaining strict control over timeline, budget, and construction quality.
Throughout the project execution, PPM998 implemented the ISO 9001 Quality Management System at every stage—from project planning and preparation to the selection of engineering-standard materials and the application of construction techniques suitable for large-scale container yards.
